RentalTide Marina is a complete marina management module that handles every aspect of running a marina -- from slip inventory and tenant reservations to utility billing and visual dock maps. It is designed for marinas of any size and integrates directly with your existing RentalTide billing, customer records, and accounting system.

The Marina module is organized into the following functional areas:

| Marina Maps | Upload dock layouts and place interactive slip pins for visual booking |
Subscription and pricing
Marina management requires an active slip subscription. Slips are billed at $10 per slip per month on top of your base RentalTide subscription. When you add a slip that exceeds your current quota, the system will automatically bill for the additional capacity.
You can manage your slip subscription from the Subscription page. The system tracks how many units you have active versus your quota and will alert you when you are approaching your limit.
Permissions
Marina features are governed by the following permission groups:

Getting started
- Activate your slip subscription from the Subscription page.
- Create your slip inventory using the Slips & Storage page -- use Bulk Create for large marinas.
- Upload a marina map from Marina Maps and place pins on your slips.
- Set up contract templates from Contracts so you can send lease agreements.
- Start taking reservations from the Reservations page or through the public slip booking page.
