RTDN is the no-code way to resell. It works like FareHarbor's FHDN: you don't run a checkout, you don't call an API, and you never touch the guest's money. You send guests to an operator with your referral code attached; the guest books and pays the operator through RentalTide's own checkout; RentalTide pays you the network commission with your regular partner payouts.

Five-minute setup

How the money moves

You never invoice an operator, and no operator ever pays you directly. One statement line for them; one payout stream for you.
What operators see
Operators join RTDN from Settings → OTAs & Resellers → Marketplaces & OTAs → RTDN → Connect. They choose which listings are in the network (all by default) and can pause or disconnect any time. The rate is RentalTide's network rate — operators don't negotiate it per partner, which is what makes RTDN zero-friction for both sides.
Rules of the road
- Your code must be present at booking time (
?ref=on the link,data-refon the widget). Guests who leave and come back through the operator's own site are the operator's sale. - If an operator has their own affiliate record for your code (from their Marketing → Affiliates page), that private deal wins over the network rate.
- Cancelled bookings don't earn. Refunds handled by the operator reverse the earning if it hasn't been paid out yet.
- No API fee applies to RTDN bookings (the $5 platform fee is only for Channel API bookings).

You can do more than one — many platforms start on RTDN for the long tail of operators and move to the Channel API for the ones where they want live availability inside their own checkout.
