Ask RT
Ask RT is the chat button at the bottom right of the Lite app. It opens your support conversation with RentalTide. RT Crew, our AI, answers most questions straight away, in your own words. For example:
- "How do I change my reminder text?"
- "Why can't customers book yet?"
- "When is my $19 charged?"

Things that need a person
Payments, payouts, disputes, getting back into your account and anything that looks broken are handled by the RentalTide team, who reply in the same Ask RT conversation. You get a notification when they do.
