Settings > Plan shows how much of each you are using.
The $50,000 limit
Lite covers businesses that take up to $50,000 a year through RentalTide. It counts card, terminal, cash and cheque payments, net of refunds, over the last 12 months.
- At 80%, we email you so it is never a surprise.
- When you pass it, you have 60 days.
- Then your account moves to the full platform, on the Free plan. Every feature turns on, the $19 monthly fee stops and the platform fee becomes 4.9%.
Nothing is moved or deleted: your bookings, customers, listings and website carry straight over.
Upgrading yourself
Upgrade any time from Settings > Plan. It is one click.
Not sure? From the same place you can preview the full platform with your own data, without changing your plan.
Moving from the full platform to Lite
A business on the Free plan can go to Settings > Subscription and choose Check if Lite fits. The check names anything you use today that Lite does not include. If nothing stands in the way, an owner or admin can move the account to Lite.
