Pausing for the season
Closed for the winter or taking a break? Pause your business from Settings > Pause.
What pausing does
- Customers cannot make new bookings, online or by staff.
- Your website shows a private page until you resume.
- There is no $19 monthly fee while you are paused. A month you are paused for part of is charged only for the days you were open.
- Bookings you already have stay as they are. You can still check them in, refund them and take payment on them.
Your booking page and listings also leave the marketplace and search feeds while you are paused.
Resuming
Go back to Settings > Pause and press Resume. Customers can book again straight away and your website comes back.
Only an owner or admin can pause or resume.
